Our Team
Originally from Michigan, I was drawn to the culture and the mountains of Western North Carolina when I moved here with my family in 2007. My wife and I now consider Haywood County home, and we love it here for a variety of reasons, among others: the mild climate, the fantastic people, and the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains. My daughter Maddy graduated from NC State in 2022 with a degree in Environmental Science, and is now setting out for a career in her field. As far as hobbies go, having been here 15+ years, have hiked many of the wonderful trails of WNC, yet have many more to hike for the first time.
I am originally from Wisconsin. I earned a B.S. in Biology from Bucknell University and a master's in physiology from Indiana University. My family and I lived in South Florida and Vero Beach for 15 years while I worked in the medical field.
When not out working in real estate or managing vacation rentals, I enjoy mountain living with lots of activities from hiking to exercising, far and near traveling, and other activities centered around family.
